LOW POTASSIUM VEGETABLE PRODUCTION BUSINESS

In this business, the low potassium lettuce which cannot be cultivated at outdoor farms can be produced in a perfectly enclosed, artificially lit plant factory with hydroponics.
A low potassium lettuce contents potassium less than 1/5 of that than a usual leaf lettuce. Therefore, it meets the needs for people with kidney disease who has severe potassium restriction. In addition, it has less bitter taste and more delicious, compared to normal lettuce, and it is organic, hygienic, highly conserved.
Because it has been differentiated from normal vegetables, it has a good reputation as premium lettuce.
